02/11 – ETF Trading – USO, UCO

USO closed a bit higher yesterday, but not enough to trigger our exit signals. Updated charts are posted below.

Take a third trading position should USO close lower than 36.50 – trade UCO on this signal for the leveraged trade.

Otherwise, our exit signals for USO are triggered when the etf price is greater than it’s MA(5), or – for a potentially larger gain – when the RSI(2) is greater than 70. Trade UCO on the signals for USO.

02/10 – ETF Trading – USO, UCO

Good morning. USO closed lower yesterday and you took your second position in the etf trade. Likewise for the leveraged etf trade in UCO.

Should USO close lower today, take your third and final position in the trade. Otherwise, our etf exit signals are triggered when the etf price is greater than it’s MA(5), or – for a potentially larger gain – when the RSI(2) is greater than 70.

02/09 – ETF Trading – USO, UCO

USO closed lower yesterday and you took your first long position in the etf trade. An updated chart is posted below.

As we discussed yesterday, we’ll scale in with up to three 3 trading positions. So, take a second trading position should USO close lower today. Otherwise, our exit signals for USO are triggered when the etf price is greater than it’s MA(5), or – for a potentially larger gain – when the RSI(2) is greater than 70. We’ll use the latter.

For the leveraged trade in UCO, follow the trading signals for USO.
