Another exit signal for IWM, and one that offers a potentially bigger gain, is triggered when the RSI 2 for IWM moves above 70 at the closing price. We’re using this as our exit signal.

Good morning. IWM closed lower yesterday and you took your third and final position in the etf trade. Likewise for the leveraged etf trade in UWM.

Now, we’ll just wait for our exit signals to trigger. Our etf exit signals are triggered when the etf price is greater than its 5 day moving average, or – for a potentially larger gain – when the RSI 2 is greater than 70. We’ll be using the latter.
