01/12 – ETF Trading – Gain on SLV, AGQ

Chalk up another winning trade. Our exit signals for SLV triggered with yesterday’s rally and we took a gain of 2.11%. The leveraged etf trade in AGQ yielded a gain of 4.11% – all in a 5 day trade.

A nice gain on our SLV trade. We’ve now made 34 winning trades out of 42 in the last 12 months. That’s a winning percentage of nearly 81%.

I have no etf trading opportunities to suggest today. We’ll wait for a market correction to trigger new etf trading signals.

Learn how to make easy etf trades like this – get the book by Larry Connors: High Probability ETF Trading. His etf trading strategies have just a few simple rules and you’ll be able to back-test and apply the strategies to the next trading day. 01/11 – ETF Trading – SLV, AGQ

We’re patiently waiting for our etf exit signals to trigger. SLV closed higher yesterday, but not enough to trigger our exit signals.

Our etf exit signals are triggered when the etf price is greater than it’s MA(5), or – for a potentially larger gain – when the RSI(2) is greater than 70. We’ll be using the latter.

Use the etf trading signals for SLV when trading AGQ. Updated charts are posted below. All trades are at the market close. Please trade responsibly!
