10/02 – ETF Trading – FXI

We’ve had a great week of 5 winning etf trades.

Hopefully, we’ll finish strong with FXI. We scaled-in to our third and final position yesterday at the close. Our exit signals are a closing price greater than MA(5) or the RSI(2)>70. It’s your call on which exit signal to use. All trading is at the market close.

• 09/27 - ETF Trading - No Trades Today Stocks closed strongly higher yesterday. The broader market is nearly over-bought (see the updated chart for SPY below - notice the RSI 2 reading moving closer to 70). And since the broader market is below its 200 day moving average, we'll wait for a day or 2 of higher closes......
• 09/05 - ETF Trading - Gain on SPY, SH, SDS A nice gain on our short trade! Our exit signals for SPY triggered with Friday's sell-off and we took a gain of 2.58% at the close.
