09/21 – ETF Trading – IWM, TWM
Ouch! IWM closed strongly higher yesterday. We have a full short trading position and are patiently waiting for our exit signals to trigger. Trading so close to the 200 day moving average makes for some choppy trading. Keep your seat belts fastened!
Our exit signals are triggered when the closing price for IWM is lower than it’s MA(5), or – for a potentially larger gain – when the RSI(2) is less than 30. We’re using the latter signal.
Exit the trade in TWM on the signals for IWM.
All etf trades are at the market close. Please trade responsibly.
