09/13 – ETF Trading – IWM, TWM

IWM closed ever so slightly higher on Friday, but not enough to trigger taking a third short etf trading position. To review, we have 2 trading positions in IWM and/or TWM. Take a third short trading position should IWM close higher than 64.33 – buy TWM on this signal for the long trade.

Otherwise, our exit signals for IWM are triggered when the etf price is less than it’s MA(5), or – for a potentially larger gain – when the RSI(2) is less than 30. We’re looking for the latter signal. Trade TWM on the signals for IWM.
