08/09 – ETF Trading – Gains on USO, SCO

A nice little gain or our short oil trade – our etf exit signals for USO triggered Friday and we took a gain of 1.92%. The leveraged etf trade in SCO yielded a gain of 3.41%.

We didn’t have a full trading position for this trade, but we still had a winning trade. Our goal is to produce more winning trades versus losing trades. On that goal, we’re on track.

I have no etf trading opportunities to suggest today. We’ll wait for a broader market rebound to trigger some new short etf trading opportunities.
