06/09 – ETF Trading – No Trades Today
The broader stock market has worked off its over-sold condition with yesterday’s rally, but not enough to trigger our etf trading signals.
Our trading signals are now weighted toward shorting etfs since SPY and other index etfs are now trading below their 200 day moving averages. Why is that important? David Penn of TradingMarkets.com discusses the importance of the 200 day moving average in this article.
So, we’ll patiently wait for more stock market buying to trigger some new short selling etf trading signals.
Discover all the simple etf trading signals in the book by Larry Connors: High Probability ETF Trading – now at a really great price with the release of the paperback edition! Get your copy today and be ready for the next etf trading session.
