05/18 – ETF Trading – No Trades Today

The markets rebounded yesterday afternoon, and so did our etf watch list. We were looking for prices to close lower. As such, we did not take any etf trades yesterday.

What about UYG – it closed lower? Yes it did, but for the leveraged trades, I take the etf trading signals from the underlying index – in this case XLF (which closed higher). What about IYF – it closed lower – isn’t it the underlying index for UYG? Yes, it is, but I trade the similar index with the most trading volume, in this case, XLF.

How do we find the etf candidates to trade? It’s a very simple set of rules to follow. Larry Connors details just how easy it is to find high probability etf trading candidates.

Discover variations of this and other etf trading strategies in the book by Larry Connors: High Probability ETF Trading.

His etf trading strategies have only a few rules and you’ll be able to back-test and apply the strategies to the next trading day. Take your ETF trading to the next level in High Probability ETF Trading. This new strategy book, complete with exact trading rules, is backed by over a decade of statistical results.
