05/09 – ETF Trading – FXI, XPP

To review, we’re into a full trading position for FXI. We’ve scaled into three trading positions over the past several trading days.

Now, we’re just waiting for FXI to move higher from here. We got a good start on Friday with FXI closing higher, but not enough to trigger our exit signals.

Our exit signals are triggered when the closing price of FXI is greater than it’s 5 day moving average, or – for a potentially larger gain – when the RSI 2 is greater than 70. We’re using the latter signal.
