04/29 – ETF Trading – EWH, XLF, UYG

Stocks rebounded yesterday, but not enough to trigger our exit signals. We have a full trading positions in EWH and our first trading position in XLF and/or UYG. Our etf entry signal for SPY / SSO did not trigger.

For EWH, we’ll patiently wait for our etf exit signals to trigger. Our exit signals are triggered when the etf price is greater than its MA(5), or – for a potentially larger gain – when the RSI(2) is greater than 70.

For XLF / UYG, scale into a second position should these close lower than our initial entry price. Or, exit the trade at the market close when the etf price is greater than its MA(5), or – for a potentially larger gain – when the RSI(2) is greater than 70.

Updated charts are posted below. All trades are at the market close. Please trade responsibly.
